Pros

Values are aligned with the way the business actually runs. CARE is lived daily. Leadership is open to input and the growth factor is a huge win. Investment into the technology is continuous and opportunities for improvement are evaluated and acted upon.

Cons

Company is growing and you have to push to do that. Pretty balanced with rewards though.

Pros

Xactly is minimal on management. It is mainly driven by engineers. You feel recognized and valued by management. HR is very approachable and nice. You won't see office politiics. Company is on a good expansion path.

Cons

Cafeteria can have some eatables.

Still has a small company, entrepreneurial feel. You can get things done fast. Positive working environment. Very interested in employee feedback. Good place to develop a sales career since they tend to deal with smaller and mid-sized companies.

Cons

Cliquish environment. You'll do well if you like networking in an alcohol-fueled, frat-guy type environment. People in the right group tend to get promoted quickly.
