      All used to be good, not any more

      Most of the Great leaders have left and now we are left with a lot of Trash, incentive and unprofessional ones. No one to look upto anymore. It's no more the company people used to go after, everything has changed. The founder /CEO has also left and joined another organization, it can't be this bad:) a sad joke :( Last couple years the leadership change has literally took the company down!!! extremely incompetent leadership team. Layoffs since 2 years No growth , Hardly any salary increase, bonus not as promised. Sad Culture

      Pros

      That doesn't mean it's a bad place to be. Wavering the storms is part of working at ANY tech company during any economy even the hyper-growth companies. Xactly has been open to ideas and most importantly open to trying new things. Overal have had an opportunity to learn and grow outside of my wildest expectations. Be involved in big decisions and help implement them. Great for professional development.

      Poor leadership in the past has led to necessary but unfortunate cuts leading to lean teams.

      Pros

      The people were great. They provided lunch for the team weekly when I was there. My role offered good work/life balance.

      Cons

      I've heard the company has gone through a few rounds of layoffs since I've been there, so a lot has changed. They recognize people/performance on their all-hands calls, but I never once saw an administrative role recognized. They put a lot of emphasis for recognition on the sales team.
