Focus on margin and profitability has resulted in massive and atrociously executed layoffs. Major focus on moving workforce to India - which itself is not bad, but it's done in a hurried manner. Goal seems to be to increase margin so that company looks good for valuation purposes. As a result, really good people are gone and the ones who are left have heavy workload - and constant stress that their job might be outsourced to India. Indian employees also get a bad deal with awards and bonuses. There is absolutely no focus on Career Development MBOs are designed quite poorly - their goal is to minimize payout Pay cycle payouts are atrocious - very low (2-3%) pay increase after two years Mandatory return to office causing extra stress to employees Not very proactive with Customer/Employee issues Leadership not able to lead - while managers are helpless to motivate their teams In certain teams, training is insufficient
