Pros
Very flexible company and many opportunities to advance within the company. Most departments are fun to work in and have great people to work with. Some of my greatest friends have come from working here and making work enjoyable for me.
Cons
Salary has always been on low side but the flexibility and work activities make up for it. They have multiple parties, Christmas, Summer, Halloween, Founders weeks, Annual Company Golf Tournament, Golf League and other fun work activities that you look forward to. Benefits are good but recently they just raised the premiums and it feels like you just lost your pay raise you got last year. Senior Management always finds a way to blame increases for benefits premiums or decreases on bonuses on things like Covid... even though our revenue has stayed the same.
