-access to national parks - an ideal summer job -room & board provided -international workers on work & travel visas - you meet great people!

Cons

-food is terrible -pay is middling -no tips -workers (especially international students) are overqualified for fast food / cashiering / cleaning jobs. More responsibilities please!
