      Relaxed working environment. Some teams are exposed to the latest technologies depending on the project. Great appraisals for L1 and L2 employees. Good company to start your career

      Cons

      Very limited prospects of growth No perks for working over time during occasional weekend calls Most of the Senior managers are arrogant and are partial in awarding ratings.
