Thank you for expressing your feedback freely. Clearly, it seems that probably few are the areas wherein we didn’t meet your expectations and we certainly feel bad about it. Having said this, let us see if we can address your concerns as below:
1. XAVIENT follows a fair process for all team members ensuring that we do NOT discriminate on the basis of caste, gender or religion. Such allegations are taken very seriously and if proved right, often dealt with strict actions. There are various channels/ publicized committees through which you can to reach out to concerned stakeholders around any internal situation/challenges/complaints/concerns and be assured that we’ll take corrective actions as required.
2. With respect to your manager related concern raised, we hope that you haven't based your entire feedback based on some recent incident or instance. Having said this, we accept your criticism and highly discourage such behaviors at Xavient. We would recommend you to please speak with your Project Owner or HR Head regarding the same so that it can be brought towards a resolution. We also have anonymous employee forums available for raising out concerns/grievances.
