Great to work here, very nice work and life balance, good perks, and great environment to learn

Cons

No cons, all are good here, just improve cab facility, cab facility is good but some time in hectic schedule would be difficult to Mannage.

Execution metrics could be better tracked and trickled down the organization Sales team is very weak CEO Rajeev Tandon is mostly a non playing captain and knows nothing about the business. Most of strategy and decision making happens from the next tier
