The interview process was smooth and quickly over. Got the joining in 1 week. The response from HR was quick. The overall induction program and formalities were hassle free and done systematically. Hoping for the best.

Cons

None as of now as I've recently joined and exploring the company and policies. The project is new and yet to start.

Pros

Late night home drop cabs, free meals if you are working late or working early in office, good CTC with no variable components, events keeps happening like cricket tournaments, fun time activities etc.

Cons

Senior people who are not doing anything and who just wants to save themselves needs to be in check. Master slave relationship needs to be abolished, transport teams needs improvements.
