Cab....flexible timings, free BF and Dinner - Good company to work in HR department for female employee of good figure n look
Cons
Dirty politics A company of relatives and family members No job security- Initially they can hire you with good designation and high package but when they will fire you...God knows - o employee centric and welfare - no value of good and hard workers you just need to have a jack or flattering your manager/PM - they will never refer any policy/timelines.......it will all depends on your manager's mood. - a lot of show off just to attract client for new projects. - HR department is a makeup box/fun box.......who doesn't know the true meaning of Human Resource
