I've been associated with Xavient for several years now and to me, Xavient is more of a family than just an organization. During my association with it, I've seen it grow phenomenally and more than its growth I've seen the growth of its employees. It has taught me a lot and has groomed its employees into leaders of today and tomorrow. Xavient has virtually a project from almost every modern IT sphere and provides ample growth opportunities for a professional from any field, be it Java, .Net, Oracle, mobility to name a few. It enjoys a long and trustworthy relationship with its clients globally. This association has borne fruitful results for all stakeholders. I love its open environment that encourages its employees to be innovative and express their ideas freely to improve a process. Just like a family it lends a kind ear to each and every member of its family and listens about any grievance that one might have and takes proper steps to address them.

Great Atmosphere, freedom of work. No blockades or hurdles to grow, you have potential people will support, you need help people will help. frankly speaking i feel short of words to express my feelings. It has been seven years plus. since i got an opportunity to work here, and working with company has been a great endeavor of my life . I learned a lot here.it has brought a tremendous change in my life. from a simple ordinary man it turned me to a technically strong person for which i shall remain thankful throughout my life to the company and the authority who laid great trust in me and overlooked my mistakes. Team mates have been a great support in all respects. They have supported me not only technically but also mentally morally and emotionally.. This company has become my home and colleagues my family. A best place to work and best place to grow.
