      Pros

      I had a good manager, which gave me probably an above average quality of experience in this company as compared to others. They have flexible working hours policy, which is a plus. Provides good work life balance especially considerate of female employees.

      Cons

      Not a lot to learn, no trainings, you kind of reach a saturation point after some time and get bored Lots of favoritism among senior employees, especially toward a particular community. People plat lots of politics, you won't know what hit you unless you're in good graces of important people.

      no pros. I do not see any pros in working here and especially for someone who wants to move up the ladder in career and do not want to rot in here for the entire career.

      Cons

      Not Sure how this kind of companies are still surviving and making money Not a company to work with at any phase of the career. Employees working here hardly being entertained outside. Skill levels are very low. Work ever Infrastructure I have come across. Washroom is very dirty and smelly. Workstaion area has Mouse running around. AC vents leaks and bucket is being kept to prevent water from spilling. On the contrary, Managers and HR bay has got the best facilities. Cabins are the size of Suite with all the amenities and teat and water is being served at the table. Senior level management is the most inefficient management and lacking knowledge I have seen in my entire career. These are people are just surviving because of their personal relationship are one is a relative of another.
