Pros
Only good work life balance. You need to have only good relationship with your manager for promotion.
Cons
Polices are not firm it depend on person to person and easily bendable. Every third employee is relative of people from upper management,There is no transparency how fresher and intern get selected almost every fresher & intern has jack in upper management. HR are like puppet and they have nothing to decide. Appraisal process is very vague, Its totally depend on manager and your relationship nothing to do with your performance and skill set
