Poor Admin department especially problems related to transportation of employees.
Some communal elements from a majority faith are actively engaged in promoting communalism and sowing discord among employees. If such employees were allowed to have their way they would have sparked off some communal incidents also.
Also, some disgruntled employees are trying hard to bring disrepute to this company by terming it as communal only because it's headed by two people from a minority faith. Such employees are in fact themselves communal in saying so, because they cannot see people from a minority progressing or feel insulted by working under them. Such people talk cheap because to them it's like a Brahmin being enslaved by a Dalit! Some have also falsely and cheaply accused Xavient of promoting only people from a minority faith. This is absolutely cheap talk because you can see mostly Hindus on the posts of directors, project managers, client managers and managers in TQA, HR and finance among other leads etc. Those who falsely accuse of management of hiring their kins must know that some employees from above departments got their undeserving spouse into Xavient first, had the company file H1B1 for them and settled in US.
