1. This is a typical lala type company with a wrapper of pseudo-professionalism
2. Recently year on year hike has been limited to single digits
3. When employee resigns on his own then he has to serve a notice period of 3 months, but in case company can't continue with some resources (not because of performance issue) then they are given pay of only one month. Moreover, as a symbol of gratitude they will offer to keep him on company's role for another 2 months without pay!!!
4. Notice period can't be purchased or negotiated when initiated by employee.
5. They do not hesitate laying off people within short notice whenever there are issues with project.
6. They have just one big client. There are multiple other small clients but they hardly contribute towards company's revenue.
7. This company runs on brotherhood. There is no transparency and hardly one can approach anyone beyond his reporting manager.
8. No escalation matrix.
