My first experience was that i got a buddy and lead who always have red mouth fill with tobacco and spit in everyone's dustbin in every 15min. believe me its calculated time. This guy only thing that he know is politics with subordinates and Muslim religion is best, i don't know how religion come and matter in work. He is not the only guy who do this kind of thing majority of guys are like this their. i also challenge this guy that if he will write minimum of 50 lines of code and client will review it then definitely xavient will never get this client back.This guy is responsible for all resign from UI side .He always take the last interview and never select any non-muslim guy. He comes from ghaziabad(UP). when i leave the office i told and challenge the HR i can sign on a blank sheet that they can't remove this kind of mentality. how much time i stay their because of some good guys in company. Guys if you are going to join for UI based designation then i sure you will meet him. Be alert not to join this company or this kind of company.

1. This is a typical lala type company with a wrapper of pseudo-professionalism 2. Recently year on year hike has been limited to single digits 3. When employee resigns on his own then he has to serve a notice period of 3 months, but in case company can't continue with some resources (not because of performance issue) then they are given pay of only one month. Moreover, as a symbol of gratitude they will offer to keep him on company's role for another 2 months without pay!!! 4. Notice period can't be purchased or negotiated when initiated by employee. 5. They do not hesitate laying off people within short notice whenever there are issues with project. 6. They have just one big client. There are multiple other small clients but they hardly contribute towards company's revenue. 7. This company runs on brotherhood. There is no transparency and hardly one can approach anyone beyond his reporting manager. 8. No escalation matrix.
