Good hikes, HR people are good, timing flexibility

Cons

dirty politics,some culprits,bad working environment,no respect to resources and some dumb,foolish so called senior people has ruined one of the best team in xavient now almost all the people of this team has resigned from the company

If a person wants to earn more money and who can praise their seniors then they can join Xavient

Cons

Doesn't appreciate people. Poor management, Less Projects, Less/no training on new technologies. Growth opportunities and career advancement is very limited here.

Pros

The best reason which I have found to work with Xavient is the flexibility of time only.

Cons

If there is one downside, then I can tell you. This company is full of downside, especially Management and development. Their HR is worst, they hire you for development and then move you into another project saying that there is no work and then they transfer you into the automation testing. Newly join managers is very partial.
