Pros
No need to worry about the salary eventhough it is a small company to work. Even if you do not have projects, you will keep getting salary. Good for freshers to improve their career. HR team is good and gives quick responses. Employee relations are good.
Cons
Senior management does not care about the progress and initiatives that you take to grow the organization and they seems to be sleepy. They hire experts in different hot technology resources and make them to sleep in the company as the company does not have any standard projects.
