      Good for Nothing but politics and hater

      Cons

      No professionalism at all, 80% time the team leads talk about state and national politics. No transparency, no onsite at all. Office becomes complete mosque on friday and for 2-3 hours daily. worst team lead is the team lead of project CSA-WEB. You can't dare to speak truth bcz behind the scene team lead and some seniors will start doing disgusting politics and finaly you will have to resign. A professional software engineer can not work there, because if he will not speak nonsence he can't survive there.

      Good salary Latest Technologies to work on Flexible timing

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities: Your salary may grow but the not the position and work you do. Less onsite opportunities Lack of good people in mid level management Issue with leaves in some of the projects. There is gap between what is happening in Team and the HR folks.
