Not much to expolre in terms of Technology.

An aspirant should think twice before joining Xavient digital- Telus international. You will get promoted if you are good at buttering and have an unconditional good relationship with Management(IT department) not on your honesty, technicality, hard work, or performance. It is among the Worst IT dept in Noida. I joined it with a lot of aspirations so I worked hard as a team player as expected from me but it comes to my notice that the people who lack in performance get a lot of favors, benefits and getting good appraisals then I tried to find out what I am lacking I found common things in all those who got good appraisal that they were always roaming around the Manager; throwing night parties plus costly gifts. I was expecting change after TELUS acquisition but things have not changed. Finally, I resigned now. I do not want to be part of corruption, politics, and buttering. Height is, they do change their vendors due to the benefits managers get from them in return to the orders given to these fixed vendors.
