Its a big company that does not hesitate to spend $$$ solving problems, because it all gets billed back to the customer.

Cons

They do not want to automate or streamline documentation because then it would impact their ability to bill customers for inefficiency. So knowledge remains siloed for the want of a wiki. Big scandal recently was a bunch of upper management got fired for trying to sabotage security.

The company culture is great with really good people you work with that want to do the right thing. Work life balance is great with above average PTO

Cons

Pay advancement isn’t great. It’s more of a get in get experience and leave or be in it for the long haul company if you’re already satisfied with pay.
