Never bored, always have work to do. Opportunities to grow in your career. Provided the flexibility needed to take care of my family.

Cons

It's not really a con, but there are some new processes that are being put in place. It will make it better, but a little bumpy until it's all settled.

From the initial interview phase through hiring I felt like the company really cared about ensuring they found someone who would be a good fit for the position.
