      Pros

      Multiple events for employees to become involved with. Management does good job with communicating. Competitive compensation. Solid, secure work.

      Cons

      So many plans for changes that I've yet to see happen. It's great that management recognizes a need for improvement when it comes to HR support and direct management. But, they have been talking about it since I started several years ago. With no actual changes. Extreme focus on making "fastest growing company" and "best place to work" lists. Without asking themselves why they have to push so hard to get employees to respond.

      Pros

      - HR reps are responsive and friendly. They really want to help. - Corporate makes an effort to bring offsite employees together at events (Happy Hours, Games etc…). - New Training Series offers interesting topics.

      Cons

      - HR reps don’t have any power to actually improve your situation. It’s great that you can reach out to them when you need to talk. But if Management doesn’t take action there’s nothing they can do. - No opportunity for career growth. - Little to no recognition for Business Development efforts.

      Pros

      Loved the atmosphere and the people. You truly do feel like family. Good starting job to get a clearance and experience in the field. Only recommended for those reasons. The Chipotle burritos were a nice touch every so often.

      Cons

      Chipotle burritos instead of money. Took 2-3 years to get a salary increase.
