      Just a short time in, but onboarding has been great, very smooth and professional. The boss has been there when I've needed, but not hovered. Good stuff.

      Clear company vision. Compassionate and generous toward employees. Works aggressively to secure new work and keep employees on contracts. Has comprehensive, easy on-boarding. Manages federal document requirement very well.

      None. Of the 5 federal contracting companies I've worked for, Xcelerate is the best.
