      Pros

      Xcelerate Solutions practices what they preach, they take care of their people. Finding stability in the Government Contracting world is hard to come by however Xcelerate goes above and beyond to ensure their employees are taken care of. No surprise they made the Washington Business Journal's Best places to work list for the DC Metro area!

      None that I can think of.

      - Highly intelligent and motivated employees who work as a team. - The capabilities of a large company with the personality of a small company - A place where everyone can make a difference - Xcelerate lives its mantra of "Always do the right thing"...highly ethical company - Continuous investment in growth of the company - Good ideas are always welcomed and appreciated - Total compensation and benefits are excellent for a company this size - Great corporate culture

      Cons

      Not much to complain about here...it really is a great place to work. Management listens and responds to ideas to make things better and they truly care.
