Great pay, great teams, great management. Quick hiring and interview process. Employee onboarding was one-on-one. Company grands itself well. Management is engaged and cares about it's employees. Competitive pay.

Cons

No two government contract is the same, you never know what you're going to get.

Good first job if you have an active security clearance. Usually understanding of your time off requests.

Cons

No potential for growth, salary increases are nonexistent, favoritism. Jobs are based on contracts awarded to the company, so if the company looses the contract for the following year you could easily loose your job.
