      I am new here, but I knew the first time I spoke to anyone during Recruitment, this was where I wanted to be. I am in my mid 50’s and have been a Fed for the last several years. I met my management and HR, and I’ve never been that impressed. Absolutely outstanding salary, benefits, but the staff is what makes it super special. I love my Management and the HR. I’ve never felt so welcome and supported as I do at Xcelerate. I am trying to refer and recruit some of my ex co-workers to come over. Thank you for hiring me. I am proud, honored and so very happy I made the choice to spend the rest of my career with Xcelerate.

      Pros

      The company is fairly flexible with you and anything that might come up.

      Cons

      -there is no real room for growth. -Employees who are also in the military are only given 16 hours a year for paid military leave...which doesn't even cover the annual training, drills during the week or anything compared to other companies giving two weeks. -There are no annual performance reviews -No raises or anything to reflect inflation
