Pros
The project Xcimer is working on is promising and the team is great to work with. I hope they can achieve their goals.
Cons
Bad management. My manager had no idea of the work I was doing and was largely unavailable, only making time to issue tasks. Multiple departments are understaffed and overworked, hiring plans don't focus on building a supporting backbone. Bringing this up and asking for change led to involuntary termination. All this went under the guise of "startup culture" which this company definitely should not get to profess as.
