Pros

The company has strong female leadership, which is great to see in the industry, and the fully remote setup provides flexibility and work-life balance. They offer structured training for CSMs, which helps with onboarding and professional growth.

Cons

However, communication from management is often vague, making it difficult to navigate expectations. The base salary is quite low compared to industry standards, and employees are frequently overworked with excessive administrative tasks that take time away from core client-facing responsibilities. With growing competition and challenges in the education sector, closing deals has become increasingly difficult, adding to workplace stress. Additionally, while the company promotes diversity within its product, the leadership team itself lacks representation, which feels misaligned with its stated values.
