Pros

Some of the people working there are good people Free vending machine in some offices

Cons

Lots of people just playing politics and colleagues will go behind your back just so they can get ahead Management is out of touch with reality and there is rampant bullying from senior managers in certain areas including security Managers do not care about their staff and workloads Very little career progression anymore The culture has changed and is now very corporate like. Everything is about making more money and not focused on the people that create and maintain the business
