Leadership does not know how to lead. Constant pivots and reactive decisions that last a week before they change their minds again because they are uninformed about how things actually work so they will just undo the change when they realize. No innovation and always just looking to copy others. Culture has gone down the drain. Constant restructures, layoffs, and gaslighting from the CEO. Avoid.
