Pros

It will eventually turn around when leadership is replaced again.

Cons

Disappointing direction. Change for the sake of change. People are now just numbers. Just another performance-focused, status quo company now that doesn't set people up for success.

Pros

Awesome mission. Great perks, WFH, possibility to work from overseas for a month, stocks.

Cons

It's not the company it used to be: constant pressure and irrational deadlines, priorities shifting all the time. Leadership wants the new vision delivered now, yet they prioritise irrelevant projects. 15 months after the reset, teams are stressed out all the time and the culture is not very human anymore. Understaffed, they want work done faster than pre-reset even tho they laid off 800+ It depends on what team you're on, but 0 career growth opportunities in some teams
