Pros

Colleagues at individual contributor levels are nice. Some parts of Xero are more modern and nice to work in.

Cons

But, Mgmt has messed up the company culture. The constant restructuring is taking a toll on people and culture. They also have the right approach from a product side in terms of not being focused on too many adjacencies but keep changing direction often.
