Pros

Considerate leads and management to team's wellbeing and preferences of working (be it location, time, or manner of work). A lot of smart people around that helps challenge and grow your ability. Plenty of opportunity to proactively contribute ideas that directly influence the product and be recognised.

Cons

Lost a lot of great people in recent layoffs, and the direction for future success of the business has sometimes been a little veiled, with priorities often being a little unclear.
