Pros

Benefits are pretty good with extra leave and health insurance.

Cons

Things really depend on the team, but since the new US leadership took over, the culture has taken a hit. There’s a lot more pressure to work overtime, and expectations have become pretty unrealistic. It used to be a supportive, collaborative place, but now it feels like we're all competing against each other for performance points. The system is set up so that no matter how well everyone does, someone will always end up at the bottom — which just creates stress and fear. Instead of helping each other out, people are focused on hitting their own targets. It’s a tough environment that’s starting to wear people down.
