Pros

Great office with lots of drinks and snacks, free food, and coffee. Lots of great people. My manager and leadership are really supportive. Flexibility in working from home and well-being leave (sick leave). You can work from home pretty much every day if you are not in sales. Extra leaves the company provides on top of 4 weeks PTO

Cons

Lots of cost-cutting. They are reducing benefits such as free coffee hours, proteins in the office to name a few. Management is changing the NZ heritage to more US hustle culture.
