      Pros

      Xero has good benefits and culture, encourages s development and growth opportunities with training and conference budgets, and has a nice office in the best area of downtown Denver. The people who work here are real and fun so it’s nice to engage in the office events.

      Cons

      The recent layoffs in the tech industry have affected Xero and made it less predictable.

      Pros

      A great inclusive place to work. Lots of options to work flexibly (both hours and from home or office) and many super smart people to work with who genuinely like working at Xero that gives a challenging but healthy collaborative work environment Lots of human values that are championed throughout the business. Lots of leave options and well-being outcomes that give staff great opportunity to take up. Wellness of staff is a high priority and there isn't any doubt on this. Working offices are superbly designed and offer lots of small benefits (coffee, fruit, soda, break out areas, Friday night drinks, non-alcoholic socials and other events).

      Cons

      Can be very changeable with fast-paced environment, lots of variables. Some inconsistencies with $ around attracting employees versus retaining current employees, some negativity around options for growth opportunities.
