Pros

I appreciate the flexibility to work remotely and still feel fully supported by my team. The culture is generally positive, people are approachable, and the tools are improving. It is not perfect yet, but the direction is promising and there is a sense that leadership is trying to make things better.

Cons

Some processes still feel slower than they should be, and cross team communication can take effort at times.

Lots of nice people to work with Flexible hours Some areas of the business are good to work in

Such old school practices introduced by the new management from the USA Read the phoenix project, although it's set years ago this is exactly what happened at Xero in the present day. Lots of people ill suited to managing people.
