Xero offers flexible working agreements, culture of trust and open feedback, support and personal and professional growth. Xero has amazing values: human, challenge, ownership, team and beautiful, and team members and senior leadership are actually leaving and breathing those values. It is a pleasure to work at the company like this.

Cons

Distributed around the globe - working across multiple time zones. Which can be a good thing too.

Leadership really truly cares about each individual Investing on people, people leaders to make the place better which is already awesome place to work Use of latest tech (Aws stack) Share vesting scheme is great for long term working

Cons

First few months can be bit exhaustive as lot of information to digest, that's because it's a large organisation and transparent communication (you can join as many as Slack channels you want)
