On the flip side, if you don’t like that kind of change in your role teams and technology environment, Xero is not for you

• Global company with strong internal communications • Inclusive work culture • UK team and market growth offers lots of variety in projects

Cons

• Progressing and learning conversations are hard to keep the momentum • HQ is in the opposite timezone so lots of early / late calls • Milton Keynes vs London offices creates a disjoint
