Good WLB, more focused under new CEO

Cons

Salaries are a little low, company has been stingy with travel and other expenses recently. Not a lot of growth rn so career progression is slow

Pros

Worked with excellent, intelligent people all the time! The New Zealand influence lends itself to a casual, kind workplace that I love. I have found that the expectations for maintaining work-life balance to be very reasonable.

Cons

Company is growing fast, but still a 'toddler'. Management and leadership move slowly and can be difficult to collaborate with effectively. A downside to the NZ culture (coming from an American), is the need for unanimous agreement. There is a major tendency to add stakeholders unnecessarily. It adds a ton of noise and drag to projects.
