      Pros

      It's rare to find a company that actually lives their values but Xero is one of those rare companies. The health insurance offerings, retirement options, leave time, and stock options are all top notch. The leadership really listens to their people and it shows in Xeros attitudes at work, everyone is extremely upbeat and personable. One example of this is an additional day off that we were recently granted and the expansion of maternal/paternal leave benefits (6 months!) I could see myself with Xero for the long haul :)

      Not too many cons to speak of.
