      Pros

      Management treats you as an equal, there is no power struggle here to show you who is boss. Very open door policy and transparency is very evident. I love that management doesn't feel embarrassed or too ashamed to not know the answer, they are always honest and willing to work with you to find the answers! I can't imagine leaving a company who treats their employees this well. Opportunity and growth is endless here and I love that. To have the trust from your manager to work from home whenever or to take a wellness or PTO day is incredible. I've never felt so empowered to do my job and capable of doing it.
