Pros

- Great teams and nice people - Decent salary - Great benefits including extra annual leave - Values focused (though less than in the past) - Nice to support small businesses

Cons

- Management is becoming increasingly disconnected from the realities of software development - Recent intense focus on system reliability creates bureaucracy and reduces productivity - New systems intended to increase employee performance lower moral and discourage personal development goals - It appears that small scale layoffs are still happening, including recently laying off all architects despite engineers strongly believing we need them - Company morale is declining with recent changes
