Terrible team culture and communication

Pros

Boost days with free food in the office and parking. Colleagues are generally competent and very friendly. Your experience will depend heavily on your specific team and your manager. Overall company culture was quite good.

Cons

Senior managers and VPs (who are mainly US based, while the majority of the team are in AUNZ) are disconnected with the team. Communication on important processes and prioritisation are poor, and there is no recognition provided whatsoever. Management is terrible with providing feedback to the team and the human element is all but gone. There is also no budget towards training or team events but VPs would fly from US across to AU and NZ multiple times a year.
