We are committed to improving which is why we have introduced Officevibe to get your real time, anonymous feedback on what is working for you and what isn't. As a side note - this isn't intended to replace face to face feedback too. Our MD would welcome your thoughts over a coffee.
In terms of attrition, we do an exit interview with employees leaving the business to understand what has contributed to the decision. The general theme in 2016 is that many people joined when we were a much smaller company in Australia and now we have more than tripled in size it's just a different business. We are no longer a startup at the beginning of the journey and as sad as we are to see talented people leave, we also don't want to retain people at all costs or prevent them from following their dreams in other directions.
