Business Outlook
Pros
1) They were rather flexible as we could choose our work hours. (6:30am-2:30pm was my schedule) 2) Nice coworkers 3) Very diverse workforce
Cons
1) They shined the light on our mistakes in front of the whole office and focused heavily on criticizing our mistakes without ever giving positive feedback when we did well. 2) Even when you're a full-time employee they treat you like you are dispensable 3) They don't care if their full-time employees get their rightful 40 hrs a week or not as they forced us to go home early on MANY occasions 4) Little to no job security 5) Supervisors are EXTREMELY condescending and treat employees like they are stupid
