      Pros

      Autonomy: freedom to carry on the day with little interruptions. Teammates: some great people to be around. Work-load: not overwhelming but more than enough to stay busy. Location: close to Portland in good school districts. Longevity: many teammates have been with company since it was Tektronix.

      Cons

      Large corporation loses some personality. Poor morale among many of my coworkers.
