Pros
Customers great to work with, generally make you feel like you are one of them rather than a contractor. Great coworkers.
Cons
Perks no longer exist, only one insurance to choose from and it is bottom of the line awful, management does not care about their people or their customers, lose you job as soon as they can find someone cheaper to do your job, raises are non-existent.
