Pros

I loved my office coworkers - they made working for Xerox tolerable. The MOS office is really laid back and gives a more welcoming feeling than most corporate offices - it felt like family.

Cons

Where to start. I just got laid off. When I first started my employment, unfortunately there were a lot of empty promises I was told. For some reason, I was micromanaged the most and then shifted to my other team member. More than half of the team members worked remotely and I was enforced to stay in the office even when it was only me alone in the building - I even told my manager but it didn't change anything. When I explained my feelings, I was told to move on - but send the list of what I'm feeling and what they could do to make it better (make it make sense). Management kept pressuring my coworker to do more work without a promotion - ended up forcing them to take it saying "there is no declining option" there is so many more - I could go on.
