Pros

Recognized Fortune 500 company. Technology products are the best in the industry

Cons

Due to the continuing downsizing of employees across the board, it is hard to do the core responsibilities of the job you were hired to do. Basically employees have to do the work of 4-5 employees (the ones who are no longer there). Low morale due to constant IVIF's. The only employees who make money or get raises are the executives (VP's and above). Really sad as it was a great place to work.

Pros

My peers were great people. Corporate benefits were good and cheap. Decent bonuses, when they were paid out.

Cons

Up to 70+ hours a week with zero to no recognition/pay/appreciation. No pay raises. No performance reviews. Lack of processes built out in the company.

Pros

5 Years ago there was lots of Pros. As of now None.

Cons

Poor benefits. No Pay Increases- Just big pay decreases. Do not Value long term employees. Treat lower level positions poorly. No direction of where xerox is heading. Top heavy with inexperienced employees.
